Corporate reporting comes in a variety of forms, and with a wide range of names: environmental reports, sustainability reports, social responsibility reports, citizenship reports, and others. In most cases, corporate environmental reports of all kinds serve an important function: in addition to informing the public, corporate reporting can be most valuable to the company itself, requiring it to bring together information and data that can increase overall understanding of the company's operation.
