Job Description

We seek a hard-working, self-motivated Sales Manager to aid in the expansion of the Sales Department. This position will provide the opportunity to work in a growing and leading eco-friendly consumer products company to help expand the sales and distribution of Preserve products into new channels. The primary responsibilities of this position are:

• Increase distribution and market share of company’s products within the Drug, Mass and Grocery channels.
• Introduce the company and products to personal care and grocery Category Managers and Buyers.
• Build and implement customer focused sales promotions.
• Manage account specific P&L’s, monitor inventory levels and investment spending.
• Prioritize account targets and implement strategies to optimize listings.
• Build relationships with Account Decision makers.

Required Qualifications

• Experience selling to Drug, Mass and/or Grocery Channel
• Broker management a plus
• Proven ability to establish and accomplish goals
• Interest in environmental issues preferred
• College graduate
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite
• Experience in natural products industry a plus
• Diligent follow up and record keeping abilities
