Each year UCLA Extension continues to be dedicated to provide top-notch continuing education. Through our educational programs we have seen many lives changed for the better. UCLA Extension is proud of hosting a conference on May 23rd, 2008 entitled "The Business of Green:  What's the Payoff?" The conference will take place at the Westin Hotel and Resort, 333 East Ocean Blvd, Long Beach, California. The conference's aim is to discuss the practical aspects of operating a green business. The program is designed for the business professional seeking relevant information on sustainability, implementation techniques and advice about green practices that work in today's competitive business world. We hope that the conference will encourage green practices amongst small and large businesses and also reveal the significant benefits that businesses can derive from implementing green initiatives.
