The Pacific Institute has created two water-to-air models -- one for agricultural districts, the other for urban districts -- to give water managers a better understanding of the relationship between water management decisions, energy consumption, and air quality. Both models can be downloaded from this site for free as Excel documents. The site also includes a user manual available for download in either high-res or low-res PDF format.
